Back Room / Litter Person

• Collect bag from Litter Robot in Cat Room, replace with new bag

• Collect all wet food trays from previous day, place in bag

• Gather all pine litter boxes from cat room [at least two in the end tables, plus whatever are in the enclosures]

• Sift the pine litter using the black/white trays from the box nearest the television TIP : place all boxes on black table in back while you work, empty collection tray after 3 boxes

• Place pine litter boxes back in locations

• Sift all the clumping/corn litter from remaining litter boxes (3 under table, top-entry next to Rubbermaid, and 3-tier), placing all waste in bag from Litter Robot

• Leave bag out and open through the Opening process for additional trash, when Opening is complete, place bag loosely tied in the metal trash can

Cat Room / Floor Person

• Check room for any vomit, feces, or urine from the previous night.  Clean as needed with Rescue, letting chemical sit for one minute.

• Toggle HVAC system from "Auto" to "On"

• Look for and remove and loose items from the night before that may be hazards to cats or guests

• FLOOR : Collect most items from the floor [tunnels, toys, etc] and place on elevated surfaces [toys back in bin] to prepare for floor cleaning

• Vacuum floor to remove all litter, dust, etc.  Make sure to get in corners and under cabinets and chairs.  

• Use Swiffer [place fresh pad on head for each use] to clean and sanitize the floor.  

• SURFACES : Use antibacterial wipes to wipe down the six required black surfaces :

  • dining tables x2​

  • end tables x2

  • tops of litter box end tables x2

• Use glass cleaner and paper towel to wipe down coffee table

• Use spray oil soap​ and paper towel to wipe down main sofa

  • ​Straighten headrests before starting

  • coat all surfaces with light film of oil soap, wipe down completely

• ​Turn on BCB neon sign​

• Turn on television, play most recent Cat Video

  • Go to app hub screen > Select YouTube > Move Cursor to Library > Select Playlists

  • Choose _BCB Playlist > Select most recently dated video

  • Once video begins playing, press down on the cursor circle twice, then up once, to access the repeat menu

  • press right on the cursor circle twice to move over to "repeat video" option, then press center button twice to set to "repeat currently playing"

• ​Open front blinds

• Check thermostat, should be at 68

​Front Desk

• Turn on Bluetooth speakers

• Turn on both tablets :

  • LARGE TABLET [Display]​

    • click on Gallery​

    • select most recent video

    • press 'Play Video' at bottom

  • SMALL TABLET [Audio/Waiver]​

    • check that Bluetooth is connected to BCB WHITE speaker​

• Press the multi-speaker connect button [interlocking rings on top] on White Speaker, then Black Speaker

• Open Soundtrack app

• Play from any playlist in Library

• Ensure sound is coming from both speakers, place on shelves with ladder

• Connect phone to POS card reader, make sure reader is ready​​

• Turn on Neon Cat desk lights

• Remove cover tips from syrup bottles, place in coffee cup, run "rinse brew" on Keurig to fill cup with hot water, place lid on cup, place cup 'hidden' behind coffee pods

• [optional] run Brewer Rinse or Powder Rinse weekly

Front Door

• Turn on digital sign [rocket switch near outlet]

• Place sandwich board outside​

• (edge of sidewalk if clear, under overhang if raining/overcast)

• [optional] Prop door open to vent air, close at least 5 minutes before open time
