Exclusive use of the Cat Room for your party [maximum 15 guests] for the purchased duration
Each guest can enjoy one beverage and one baked treat. We offer Black Cat Coffee, or a selection of hot and cold beverages.
One complimentary cat treat per guest [up to 10 treats]

How to Book :

Please complete the Private Session Request form below, so that we can take your preferences into account and prepare for your visit!
We will review your request within 24 hours and get back with you to either confirm your requested time or suggest an alternative.
Once a time is set, we'll send you a link to complete payment for the session - once we receive payment the time is reserved all for you!

Private Session Terms

Guests are welcome to bring their own food or drink from outside the premises, but will be expected to dispose of or remove any items brought into the Cat Room.
The reserved session will begin at the confirmed time, guests may arrive up to 15 minutes before the start time to check in and take their refreshments. Guests may be asked to wait in the cafe area or hallway while other guests exit the Cat Room.
Children must be monitored by adults at all times.
- Children [or adults] endangering the health or safety of the cats will be asked to leave immediately.
- For the safety of the resident cats and young guests, children are prohibited to climb on or inside the furniture intended for the cats.
- Children [or adults] not adhering to the posted rules regarding proper treatment of the cats and the Cat Room will be given notice from the staff that they need to follow the rules; if the behavior continues they will be asked to leave.
- Any damage to the Cat Room caused by guests will be the responsibility of the reserving party, and repair or replacement costs will be charged to the original form of payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY :
- Cancellations made within 3 days of purchase and more than 7 days before the event can be refunded.
- All other cancellations will be offered a rescheduling of the event to a future date, or store credit.
